Please note that all sales made on TheRIVIVE website are final.

This means we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for any orders once they have been placed and processed, except under the specific condition outlined below. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.


Damaged Packaging Upon Arrival

We take great care in packaging your TheRIVIVE products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur during transit.

If you receive an order where the packaging is significantly damaged or appears to be in a "bad/horrible" condition upon arrival, please follow these steps:

  1. Do Not Open the Product: If possible, please refrain from opening the product itself if the exterior packaging is severely compromised.
  2. Contact Us Immediately: Send an email to therivive.queries@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Include Photo Evidence: Attach clear photographs of the damaged packaging and, if applicable, the damaged product. This is crucial for us to assess the situation.
  4. Provide Order Details: Include your order number and a brief description of the damage.

Upon reviewing your claim and the provided evidence, if we determine that the packaging was indeed severely compromised during transit, we will arrange to dispatch a replacement of the exact same order to you , with no shipping charges .

Please note: This policy applies strictly to damaged packaging received upon arrival. We will not issue refunds or accept returns for opened products or for reasons other than the specific packaging damage described above.
